Description
This bumper is made completely of CNC Cut 3/16” Plate steel and is NOT winch ready. (For our winch ready option, see product number PF300.) The RockSolid™ bumper design makes it difficult for obstacles to trap. It is designed so that your truck slides upwards and onwards over any obstacle rather than catching. The pre-runner style push bar is made from 2″ round tube with 1 1/4″ side braces. It will add protection and style to the classic RockSolid look.
This very durable and modern design has multiple built in tow points or add a set of ‘D’ ring mounts for the ultimate tow points. Easy bolt-on installation with no drilling or welding required. Ships raw steel via truck freight. This product is also available in kit form. The kit edition is not a flat kit and will not be more economical when shipping. It arrives on a pallet; tack welded in its true form and will require several hours welding and grinding to complete.
A body lift option is available for this product. If you have a body lift, this option will prevent gaps between your bumper, which is mounted to the frame, and your truck body.
Hardware
We do not provide hardware with our products as there are different preferences with the grade. Many people prefer to run Grade 8 hardware. Please keep in mind that Grade 5 hardware is also sufficient.
(4) 7/16 x 1 ½ Bolts (If you have a body lift, you will need TWO 3” bolts and TWO 1 ½”
(8) 7/16 flat washers
(4) 7/16 lock washers
(4) 7/16 nuts (if using nylon nuts, you will not need lock washers)
