Shipping Rates

Shipping is not free. The website is not currently capable of generating accurate shipping quotes and so it is done manually after the order is placed. If you don't have a shipping quote back within 7 business days please reach out to a member of our team.

ProtoFab Products and Lead Times

All metal products built by ProtoFab are subject to a lead time after you place your order. These items are hand made and therefore require time to build. When you place your order, typically the fastest you will receive your order is 4 weeks. The longest lead time you will encounter is 6 months. Please plan ahead when placing your ProtoFab order! It is better to place the order before you are ready for your product so that when you are ready, you are not being held up by us.

We strive to provide superior and quality products for you, our customer, and know that though lead times are inconvenient, you will absolutely be happy with your product when you receive it. To this day, we have never had a customer request to return anything we have built. We appreciate your patience and understanding!

Orders containing items not built by ProtoFab

ProtoFab does not stock any items made by other manufacturers so when you place an order for an item like this, the item will be drop shipped to the location you specify. Any delays in shipment are due to that manufacturer's lead time. For more information, please, Contact Us.
