Our 1978-1996 Bronco Rock Rails are made from 2" 0.120 wall tubing, 1.5" 0.120 wall tubing as well as 10g plasma cut sheet metal with dimple die speed holes. These rails are sturdy and will protect your body whether you're driving down the highway or you're navigating those treacherous boulders. Attaches to frame with weld on bracket but the rails themselves bolt on/off the brackets. This makes it easier for paint/powder-coat and or replacement if ever necessary.
NOTE: If you are running the Solo Motorsports Extended Radius Arms or another similar arm that has a frame bracket that has a large footprint on the side of the frame, those brackets likely interfere with the placement of our rock rails. You can still order these Rock Rails, however you will need to order the rails with the legs un-welded so that you can adjust where they land on the frame.
