Mounting hardware does not come with this product: You will need (4) 7/16 (coarse or fine thread) x 1.50″ bolts with flat washers, lock washers and nuts to match. Grade 5 hardware is sufficient.

Edition: Choose from our Kit Edition which is a tack welded kit and will require several hours of welding and grinding to complete or our Welded Edition which comes ready to install (minus the finish). Please note that the Kit Edition does not ship as a flat package and therefore will not be more economical for shipping.

If your Bronco has a body lift on the frame, we offer an adjustable system to eliminate the gap between the body and the bumper which mounts to the frame. This can accommodate 1-2″ of body lift.

OVS Heavy Duty 3/4″ D-Ring Recovery Shackles are heavy duty forged D-ring style shackles. Each OVS Heavy Duty 3/4″ D-Ring Recovery Shackle has a two stage powder coat finish. First layer is Electrostatic plated and then a heavy duty powder coat.

Description

This sleek bumper is made from CNC cut ¼” plate steel and offers the best body protection and style for your early Bronco. The design wraps around the rear corners to provide our quality protection and includes a 2” receiver hitch (unless requested otherwise). This bumper also includes a unique tire rack designed to hold a maximum of 37” spare tire and the back spacing is 5 1/4. If you are running anything with a larger backspacing, you will need to use wheel spacers. The tire rack is made of 2″x3″ x 3/16″ wall rectangular tube. The hinge uses 5/8″ greaseable heim joints to open the rack which ensures a smooth and easy hinge to maintain. Included with this rugged tire rack is our fully adjustable cam latch system that will offer many years of rattle free use.

This very durable and modern design has multiple built in tow points or add a set of ‘D’ ring mounts for the ultimate tow points. Easy bolt-on installation with no drilling or welding required. Ships raw steel via truck freight or UPS. This product is also available in kit form. The kit edition is not a flat kit and will not be more economical when shipping. It arrives on a pallet, tack welded in its true form and will require several hours welding and grinding to complete.

A body lift option is available for this product. If you have a body lift, this option will prevent gaps between your bumper, which is mounted to the frame, and your truck body.

Tired of your  tire carrier swinging around and hitting the side of your truck or swinging back on you when you’re trying to get into the back? This is the answer you have been waiting for! Our new system stops the carrier automatically with our new t-handle pin* system. The t-handles are 1/2″  billet aluminum with an anodized black handle.

*We do not manufacture the t-handles, they purchased from another company and incorporated into our new lockout system
