1966-1977 Bronco Overhaulin' Interior Tube Support (PF354)

1966-1977 Bronco Overhaulin' Interior Tube Support (PF354)

This early Bronco roll cage, like all our early Bronco roll bars, is made from 2" 0.120 wall tubing and is designed to ensure plenty of headroom while still fitting under the hard top.  The B-Pillar butts up against the front of the fender well and the C-Pillar lands just before the tailgate.

This product got its namesake from the popular TV show, Overhaulin', featuring Chip Foose. Our owner designed the Overhaulin' Interior Tube Support to meet Chip’s request for the Orange 1968 Bronco build. It meets the bed of the truck at 4 of its strongest points of your floor and includes the rear "Family Hoop" which boxes in the back half of the cage making it stronger and safer for you and all your precious cargo.

Tube Kit: None of the components are welded together. Tubes are cut and coped. Requires an experienced installer with metal working capabilities such as welding, cutting, coping and bending. It is a common occurrence to have to move the metal around when tack welding it together. Please tack weld everything before doing a final weld.

Completely Welded: Product is ready to install in the truck. We ALWAYS recommend installing the product BEFORE a finish is applied to the product. After the fit is secured and holes are drilled into the truck, you can remove it and have a finish applied.

Seat Belt Tabs

We do not weld in seat belt tabs due to the varying types of belts available and because it is better to measure where you'd like them with the cage sitting in your truck and the seat still installed. We also do not recommend using bungs for your seat belts because when you drill into the legs, you weaken the integrity of the legs. It is best to use a weld on tab vs a bung. You can find tabs at this website for a couple dollars a piece. https://motobilt.com/products/seat-belt-tab-steel
