1966-1977 Bronco RockSolid Double Rack Rear Bumper (PF304)

Tired of having to store your fuel can inside your Bronco? We have the solution for you!

That's right, an early Bronco bumper with fuel carrier. This sleek bumper is made from CNC cut ¼” plate steel and offers the best body protection and style for your early Bronco. Our design wraps around the rear corners of your fenders to provide superior body protection and includes a 2” unrated receiver hitch (can be ordered without hitch).

This bumper comes with our unique tire rack designed to hold a maximum of 37” spare tire with a back spacing of 5 1/4. If you are running anything with a larger backspacing, you will need to use wheel spacers.

Also included with this great bumper is our NATO Can Rack (also known as Jerry Can Rack) and it can hold one 5 gallon (20 liter) can. You can upgrade this rack to a Dual NATO Can basket which holds two NATO cans.

Both the Tire Rack and Jerry/NATO Can Racks are made of 2"x 3" x 3/16" wall rectangular tube. The hinges are 5/8" permanently lubricated heim joints which ensure a smooth and easy hinge to maintain. Included with these rugged racks, is our fully adjustable cam latch system that will offer many years of rattle free use. This very durable and modern design has multiple built in tow points or you can add a set of ‘D- Ring' tabs for the ultimate tow points. Easy bolt-on installation with only (4) 7/16 holes to be drilled and no welding required. 

This product ships RAW (unpainted) steel via truck freight or UPS depending upon your entire order and what is most economical. 

This product is also available in kit form. The kit edition is not a flat kit and will not be more economical when shipping. It arrives on a pallet; tack welded in its true form and will require several hours welding and grinding to complete. 

A body lift option is available for this product. If you have a body lift, this option will prevent gaps between your bumper, which is mounted to the frame, and your truck body.

NEW: Rack Lockout System!

Tired of your tire carrier or NATO can rack swinging around and hitting the side of your truck or swinging back into you when you're trying to get into the back? This is the answer you have been waiting for! Our new system stops the carrier automatically with our new t-handle* system. The t-handles are 1/2" billet aluminum which glides along the lockout plate in its depressed position until the t-handle pin comes in contact with the hole cut out of the lockout plate which then releases the pin and holds the carrier in place. 

*We do not manufacture the t-handles, they are purchased from another company and incorporated into our lockout system.
