Finally, a full size Bronco bumper with fuel carrier.
Have you been looking for a bumper that not only gets the spare tire off the body of your Bronco but also has a fuel carrier? This is the bumper for you!
This sleek bumper is made from CNC cut ¼” plate steel and offers the best body protection and style for your full size Bronco. The design wraps around the rear corners to provide our quality protection.
This bumper has not one, but two removable swing out racks. One for your spare tire and the other for either one or two NATO cans. These racks are made with 2"x3" x 0.188 wall rectangular tubing which uses 3/4" permanently lubricated Heim joints to open and close the swing-out racks ensuring a smooth and easy hinge to maintain. To strengthen the pivot, we have added our branded pivot brace.
Included with our rugged swing-out racks is our one-of a kind, fully adjustable cam latch system. You won't find these cams anywhere else, as they are built right here in-house. And last, but certainly not least, we include our Rack Lockout system which keeps the open rack from swinging too far and smacking you, your truck or nearby objects, accidentally. It’s easy to see what makes our bumper system the best you can equip your Bronco with! Hardware does not come with this product. You will need: (6) 5/8” x 1½” Hex head bolts, (6) 5/8” Nuts (preferably nylons however standard nuts will suffice with use of lock washers), (12) 5/8” Flat washers, (6) 5/8” Lock Washers (only if not using nylon nuts)
Unrated Receiver
You can add an unrated receiver to your bumper for mild towing but please use your best judgement. Our hitches are unrated but can support the stock towing capacity of a Bronco (we do not claim this on f-series trucks). Our bumper mounting system bolts on the vehicle frame. Small and lightweight single axle trailers are typically safe to tow behind your Bronco. If you tow something that you shouldn't be towing with your Bronco, you could seriously injure yourself or others should something fail. We are not liable for any damage, loss or injury.
Edition
Tack Kit: A tack welded kit that arrives in its true form and will require several hours of welding and grinding to complete. It is not a flat kit and will not be more economical when shipping.
Welded: Arrives as unfinished raw-steel ready to install. We ALWAYS recommend test fitting the bumper to your truck BEFORE applying paint or powder coat. Once you have successfully mounted the bumper to your truck, it is safe to remove it and apply a finish.
XLT / Eddie Bauer Models
If you run into an issue with the tailgate trim hitting the cam bail when the tailgate is open, you can run a new cable stop (approx 17") on your tailgate. Otherwise, you will have to notch the trim.
Mounting to F-Series Trucks
There have been several people who have successfully put these bumpers on pickup trucks. Please keep in mind that these bumpers are made for the Ford Bronco and the stock axles they come with. These bumpers will fit on F-Series pickups however the frame is not the same, and sometimes the bolt pattern for the spare tire will be different. Mounting the rear bumper to a pickup truck is possible, however it may require moderate to heavy modification to install the bumper properly. You will have to order the correct wheel plate to make the spare tire fit. 8 lug wheel plates are an additional $45. The frame mounts will also need to be ordered unwelded and you will need to modify/create a custom bracket for mounting. We DO NOT recommend putting these bumpers on pickup trucks unless you have an experienced fabricator contracted for the job. We DO NOT provide installation assistance in this case.

Rack Lockout System
Our new system stops the carrier automatically with our new t-handle pin* system. The t-handles are Anodized Black 1/2″ billet aluminum. The handle slides along a plate until it is in the optimal position and then the pin is released into a slot cut out of the plate. The system is also over-rideable if you want the rack to swing wider than the plate allows, simply pull up on the t-handle and continue pushing it past the plate.
*We do not manufacture the t-handles, they purchased from another company and incorporated into our new lockout system
Standardized Bumper Changes
Orders placed before 06/16/2025 will come WITH a receiver and the 5/8" pivot system unless ordered otherwise. They did not come with the rack lockout system unless ordered that way specifically.
Orders placed after 06/16/2025 automatically come with a 3/4" pivot system and the branded pivot brace as well as the rack lockout system at no additional charge. If you desire a receiver, you need to add the receiver to the bumper for an added charge. The receiver is an UNRATED receiver, however it is capable of towing whatever your BRONCO is capable of towing. Please use your best judgement when using this receiver and do not load more than your truck is capable of handling safely.
