The 87-91 Bronco Front Winch Bumper in our RockSolid Series is a favorite among full size Bronco owners. This full size Bronco front winch bumper offers full front end and fender protection with great approach angles. It is made from ¼” or 3/16" plate steel, is winch ready and is an easy bolt on installation.*
The RockSolid bumper design makes it difficult for obstacles to trap. It is designed so that your truck slides upwards and onwards over any obstacle rather than catching. This bumper will fit almost any winch so long as it uses the standard mounting bolt pattern which is 10" x 4.5".**
*This statement applies to the Fully Welded edition of our bumper. The other editions require several hours of welding and grinding.
**We have been told some very light trimming had to be done to the lip of the bumper's winch cavity for a customer who had a SmityBilt Gen 2 X2O Winch.
Edition
| Box Kit: Completely disassembled bumper kit shipped in a box. Only recommended for experienced welders/fabricators as it requires several hours of welding and grinding to complete. The lead time for this product is significantly less. (Typically a 4-8 week lead time) |
| Tack Welded Kit: A tack welded kit that arrives in its true form and will require several hours of welding and grinding to complete. It is not a flat kit and will not be more economical when shipping. |
| Completely Welded: Arrives as unfinished raw-steel ready to install. We ALWAYS recommend test fitting the bumper to your truck BEFORE applying paint or powder coat. Once you have successfully mounted the bumper to your truck, it is safe to remove it and apply a finish. |
Grille Protection
| The Flat Top: No push bar, just a nice clean surface. |
| The Bull Bar: A single low-cut hoop in the center of the bumper made from 2" 0.120 wall round tubing. |
| The Pre-Runner: A taller center hoop with diagonal kicker tubes extending to the outside edges of the bumper. Made from 2" 0.120 wall round tubing and 1 1/4" side braces. |
F250/350 Trucks: This will fit on your truck however you may have to do some minor drilling where existing rivets are and replace those rivets with grade 8 hardware. For any questions, please reach out so we can assess your exact situation.
