- Swing-out tire carrier designed to hold up to a 37” spare tire
-
Dual rack system:
- Tire rack (up to 37” spare with 5.25" backspacing)
- Jerry can + cooler rack: holds one 5-gallon NATO / jerry can with a 16” x 24” cooler rack / basket
- Rattle-free adjustable cam latches for long-term tight closure
- Rack lockout system (overridable) to stop the carrier at a safe open position
- Integrated 2” receiver hitch (see towing note below)
- Rack construction: 2” x 3” x 0.188 wall rectangular tube
- Hinges: dual 3/4” permanently lubricated heim joints for smooth operation
- Bolt-on fitment for 1966–1996 Ford Broncos (select year range below)
- Will this fit a 37” spare tire? Yes, the tire rack is designed for up to a 37” spare.
- Does it require drilling or welding? No—bolt-on installation with no drilling/welding required.
- What cooler fits the rack / basket? The cooler rack / basket is 16” x 24”. We recommend the Canyon Outfitter 35 Qt or Igloo BMX 52 Qt.
- Will it fit an XLT? Yes, older versions of this bumper may run into tailgate trim contact on the cam bail; use a shorter cable stop (~17-18”) or notch trim.
- Will it fit an F-Series truck? Yes however its only for experienced fabricators. We don’t provide install assistance for F-Series trucks at this time.
-
Can I tow with the integrated 2” receiver? Is it rated?
The receiver is unrated. It can support the stock towing capacity of a Ford Bronco (we do not claim this on F-Series trucks) because the bumper mounting system bolts to the vehicle frame. Small, lightweight single-axle trailers are typically safe to tow behind your Bronco. If you tow something you shouldn’t, you could seriously injure yourself or others if something fails. We are not liable for any damage, loss, or injury.
