80-96 Bronco plate steel style rear bumper with tire , Jerry can (or Nato can) and cooler rack. Offered in welded or kit form. Ships raw steel via truck freight or UPS.

Note: The kit edition is not a flat kit and will not be more economical when shipping. It arrives on a pallet, tack welded in its true form and will require several hours welding and grinding to complete.

To install, you will need: (6) 5/8” x 1½” Hex head bolts, (6) 5/8” Nuts (preferably nylons however standard nuts will suffice with use of lock washers), (12) 5/8” Flat washers, (6) 5/8” Lock Washers (only if not using nylon nuts)

Description

This sleek bumper is made from CNC cut ¼” plate steel and offers the best body protection and style for your full size Bronco. The design wraps around the rear corners to provide our quality protection and includes a 2” receiver hitch (unless requested otherwise). This bumper also includes a unique tire rack designed that holds a maximum of 37” spare tire, a rack that holds a 5 gallon (20 liter) military style Jerry Can and a cooler or ice chest rack that can hold a cooler up to 24” long and 16”wide. These racks are made of 2″x3″ x 3/16″ wall rectangular tube. The hinge uses 5/8″ permanently lubricated heim joints to open the racks. This insures a smooth and easy hinge to maintain. Included with these rugged racks is our fully adjustable cam latch system that will offer many years of rattle free use.

This very durable and modern design is also tow hook ready and easy to install. It is shipped as raw steel via truck freight or UPS. This product is also available in kit form. NOTE:

There have been several people who have successfully put these bumpers on pickup trucks. Please keep in mind that these bumpers are made for the Ford Bronco and the stock axles they it come with. These bumpers will fit on F-Series pickups however the frame span is not the same nor is the bolt pattern for the spare tire and it may require heavy modification to install the bumper properly. You will have to order the correct face plate make the spare tire fit. WE DO NOT PROVIDE THIS ALTERED FACE PLATE at no charge. The 8 lug wheel plates are an additional $50. The frame mounts will also need to be ordered unwelded unless you can confirm the span is the same as the Bronco frame span. We DO NOT recommend putting these bumpers on pickup trucks unless you have an experienced fabricator contracted for the job. We also DO NOT provide installation assistance in this case.
