This bumper is made completely of CNC Cut 3/16'' Plate steel and is winch ready. The RockSolid™ Bumper design makes it difficult for obstacles to trap. It is designed so that your truck slides upwards and onwards over any obstacle rather than catching. Easy bolt-on installation with no welding or drilling required.
The bumper's interior is 7.25" tall and utilizes the standard winch mount bolt pattern of 10 x 4.5. The winches that fit in this bumper are very limited and are a tight fit, but the following we know will fit without issue: Warn M8 and Warn VR Evo*. (The SmittyBilt Gen2 XRC 9.5 or 12k and SmittyBilt X20 Gen2 have not been tested but the manufacturer has confirmed the height and based off that information it MIGHT be a suitable fit for this bumper. (The XRC Gen3 will not fit) We cannot guarantee the fit of these products in this bumper so please test fit right away in case you need to send the winch back.)
This very durable and modern design has multiple built in tow points or add a set of ‘D’ ring mounts for the ultimate tow points. This product is also available in kit form. A body lift option is available for this product. If you have a body lift, this option will eliminate large gaps between your bumper, (which is mounted to the frame) and your truck body.
Edition
Tack Kit: A tack welded kit that arrives in its true form and will require several hours of welding and grinding to complete. It is not a flat kit and will not be more economical when shipping.
Welded: Arrives as unfinished raw-steel ready to install. We ALWAYS recommend test fitting the bumper to your truck BEFORE applying paint or powder coat. Once you have successfully mounted the bumper to your truck, it is safe to remove it and apply a finish.
Push Bar Styles
The Bull Bar: A single low-cut hoop in the center of the bumper made from 2" 0.120 wall round tubing.
Pre-Runner: A taller center hoop with diagonal kicker tubes extending to the outside edges of the bumper. Made from 2" 0.120 wall round tubing and 1 1/4" side braces.
Body Lift
Add an adjustable body lift to your bumper. This system uses pucks to set the bumper at the appropriate location. See our install guide for more information about how it works.

Note: The winch pack will need to be relocated to fit in this bumper. We suggest putting the winch pack under the hood to help keep it protected from the elements.
Note: The winch pack and the cover above the cable spool will need to be removed for this to fit in this bumper. It is a tight fit, but should definitely fit. These winches have been successfully installed numerous times in this bumper. We recommend relocating the winch pack under the hood to help protect it from the elements.
