Description
This bumper is made completely of CNC Cut 1/4” Plate steel and is winch ready. It will fit most low profile winches with the standard 10 x 4.5″ bolt pattern. The RockSolid Bumper design makes it difficult for obstacles to trap. It is designed so that your truck slides upwards and onwards over any obstacle rather than catching. The pre-runner style push bar is made from 2″ round tube with 1 1/4″ side braces and 2 tabs for light mounting. It will add protection and style to our classic RockSolid look.
This very durable and modern design comes tow hook ready or add a set of ‘D’ ring mounts for the ultimate tow points. Easy bolt-on installation only requires 4 holes to be drilled with no welding required. You will have to notch the bumper or cut the front fenders in order for this bumper to fit properly. It will use a total of (2) ½” x 1 ½” bolts, (4) ½” flat washers, (2) ½” lock washers, (2) ½” nuts (if using nylon nuts, you will not need lock washers), (4) 7/16” x 1 ½” bolts, (8) 7/16” flat washers, (4) 7/16” lock washers, (4) 7/16” nuts (if using nylon nuts, you will not need lock washers) Mount the bumper to the truck using the two factory holes. Then, using the frame mounts as a guide, mark the holes on the frame that you will need to drill out. Ships raw steel via truck freight.
